I rode a 1973 FXE for a while...was looking at the Road King and Heritage Softtail...rented them several times to check them out and the R* just floated my boat :)  Besides, with some of the savings, I was able to get my wife a 2003 VStar 650 Classic and she is thrilled :)

She's been riding for about 5 years now on her own...rode with me before that.  She really loves it :)  We sold her Honda 450 and grabbed this bike in August...her mother astill thinks we are weird :) :)

What year is your Fat Boy?  Still may favorite HD (love the night train too)...only reason I considered the Heritage was so Pam and I could tour two up :)

Pipes, Johnny and Waterboy--

Thank you!!!

Waterboy, to include a vid...click on the proper viewer icon (real player, etc.) and it opens a box...plop the url for the vid you wantto show in the box and click "OK" VOILA!  The vid has to be hosted somewhere though...don't think you can tap in from your Hard Drive :)

Funny thing is, Pam and I love that pearl white as well...she wanted the XL 883 with the pearl white...only problem was she was not comfortable with the balance of the XL...that's why when we found the VStar in the pearl white and silver she was gaga :)  She loves the two tone retro look and those were her favorite colors :)  I added saddle bags and fringe grips for her and she is in yamahawg heaven :)

This is before the mods but it shows the color pretty well :)
