Just a piece of advice for the budding Watch Makers out there, I do not know the skill level of any of you, but here it goes. The watch that I am currently working on uses diamond jewels and it started running a little irregular after less than a year. If you are ever in the position, make sure the diamond is polished to a mirror finish and no irregularities (I mean no irregularities). When you are using diamonds or real sapphires any irregularity is worse than sand paper. Just my rant for the day. Have a good day. |
