I enjoy the Pic of the Week as much as anyone here. I was curious on how everyone votes. Do you vote for what you feel is the best quality picture or do you vote for a watch that you think is totally cool or really want no matter the quality of the pic? I only ask as I sometimes see a very good quality photo be passed over by a less quality pic of a really really cool watch. I have found myself torn many times choosing but I always go for the pic I think is the best quality and that captures the watch clearly or vividly. How about you? |

Steve, i also look for composition. Some guys spend a lot of time setting up the shot for some real cool pics..............I dont have the patience:D |

I find it hard to make a clear distinction between the two attributes. I am emotionally pulled by the watch and analytically pulled by the picture's composition and quality. Things that rule out pix for me. Wristies and not having the hands set properly. Having said that... I have been guilty of both... Regardless, there are great pix to be found on 3T!! |

I like to look at the girls first then the watch, am I in the right forum? I truly like the carity of the pic first and then the design of the photo. Camera_photos.gi One day I will be a weekly winner, one day, until then |

I attempt to vote for the best picture, which is totally subjective...sometime, I find it difficult to separate that subjective opinion when the picture is of a watch I either love or hate! |

If it's a watch I like, I am voting for it, if I want it and I don't have it, I'm voting for it. If I have it, I'm voting for it. The picture has to be decent at least. If it is a little skinny (like vintage) watch, I will never vote for it. I am truly sorry if you tell me Teddy that is so wrong you should take all watches into consideration, your so closed minded, I'm sorry, really I am , see I have these transmitters in my brain (but I call them my little soldiers) that tell my other wise, it's not my fault. I'm kinda with hucky on this one - if the watch has a great pair of subdials, and they can't be too big, then I'm voting for her.. it.. uh... yeah... hand6.gif |

WHEN I vote, it is best quality pic. It could be a Timex. If its a good shot, its a good shot. |
