Yes, I saw this earlier and thought to myself, I must be an Idiot cause I cant find any watches for sale in the 250.00 dollar range. Early bird gets the worm. Nice Score E. Hey avery, I hate your Avatar, I live on a golf course and one of them cranes came over to my back yard and got into my Koi Pond and ate 16 of my Koi, 1, albino channel cat fish, 6 blue gil, 2 fresh water black sharks and 1 very large water frog. Nothing personal about your avatar, just had to vent. I see that bird also hunting gopher mounds and eats gophers. Called Sierra Trading Post this morning about the discrepancy. I was told to take a screen shot of the page or print the page out. I was then told to order the watches and send an email to Customer Service with the screen shot and they would adjust the billing to honor the price posted...voila....order both GV2 by Gevril Automatic Sport Watches (black with rubber and white with SS) at $239.98 each....thanks for the heads up! BTW, that is primo Customer Service and quality business ethics....Sierra Trading has a new fan! |

If you are ever able to find something that you like or need it is usually good merchandise, as long as it is marked Closeout merchandise. Since I never speak to any one on the phone other than my people, I could not tell you how there CS is, but I am glad it worked out for you. See you all next week or so. |

I have only great things to say about Sierra Trading Post. This morning I too saw the mistake on the GV2s that were listed for $239.95 and 90% off retail but when I selected it and put in my shopping cart, the price jumped to $599.99. I immediately used the live chat search and the supervisor said they would honor that price and to just add a note when purchasing the watch. I decided to call instead and got a wonderful customer service agent who honored the price for me. I have purchased from STP many times and have always been satisfied with their service, product line and prices and they will continue to get very high marks from me and lots of accolades as I tell others to give this company a try. |

Just received a confirmation of my order from Sierra Trading acknowledging: 1) There was a glitch in their system that posted prices incorrectly, 2) They were going to honor the prices in my screen shot, 3) They had adjusted the price of the two watches to a total of $493.91, 4) that they appreciated my business!!! Now (pay attention Invicta and SNBC) THAT is professional business ethics and quality customer service! |
