As much as I love divers, the Speedie Moon watch is on my grail list. You are a lucky man, my wife would never let me spend $1K+ on a watch, no matter what <sigh> That is why I have so many other watches (if I sold them all I could get a Rolex/Omega etc.) Enjoy whichever you choose Greg! Best regards, Griff

Gregger, You have a great wife my friend. I am an Omega fan and have two that have had no problems so far. I have been very happy with them and consider them two of my better purchases. Maybe if I had problems with them then I might feel otherwise. I have heard some customer service problems with all major brands, so should we all stop buying the major brands and only buy the smaller independent companies that are favored on the forums. I think there is a place for both in my collection, as do most others. As for my preference, I own a Speedy and consider it a great all around watch that can be used for just about any occasion. Having said that, I prefer divers and would love to get a Planet Ocean and plan to at some point. It is a great looking and feeling watch. They are not cheap, but at least you are getting a quality watch for that price. There really seems to be no bad decision to be made among your three choices. As others have said, just buy the one that speaks to you the loudest. Good luck in your choice. Let us know what you decide. :) Len

I'll chime in with my experience on the PO - I have the 45.5mm version and it wears larger than its size I'd say, because the bracelet sticks out past the lugs quite a bit before bending. So if you like a watch with "tall" lugs (it looks tall because of the bracelet, which is excellent by the way), then the PO might be for you.
