Oceanaut has been selling in higher end jewelers for a while and imho a watch that many should have bought when the WC 1st brought them to TV 4 years agohand6.gif At the then $329. for an eta based automatic watch and the Conquistador w/7750 for  $899. were a bargain....I own 7 Oceanauts and not one ever experienced a single problem and run great....I can't complain watch2.gif

I guess I should clarify here. Its not the watches I don't like, I actually like some of them, but I just can't stand the WC. I don't know if its because he is so damn hyper or because he says the same crap over and over again always wanting to "talk to me in my livingroom for just a min". coyote2.gif

I don't want to sound like a idiot. But who is the Watch Commander? I've never seen him nor heard of him before joining this forum. I read a lot of bad things about him on these forums.  Can someone tell me the story? I feel left out of the joke.

Thanks,

Chris

The Watch Commander is a guest host that appears on Shop At Home selling certain watches. He's known for his "in your face" tactics and frequently says "guys" and that he's coming in your living room. If your interested in getting first hand knowledge, check out his show on Tuesday October 30th at 11pm Eastern/10pm Central. If you aren't sure which channel we're on in your area you can look it up online at shopathometv.com and select Channel Finder or you can watch it online.

Must see tv will be the Watch Commander on the 30th!  He will be going fricking Oceanuts trying to sell the last of his limited supply.

Remember he was very sick last weekend and may have been hospitalized.....what if he come out with an IV in or a head wrap on?

Well let's just say that this will be the show to watch!!! I am starting to get a bit misty thinking about it...

Moscow Classic next for the Commander?

Commander on the Left.

For those who are interested, the WC is actually Danny Blair. I recently read that he has an ownership interest in the Oceanaut Co. Ive grown accustomed to his quirky style and look forward to his showcasing watches on SAH other than Oceanauts. Unfortunately he'll probably focus to death on Oceanauts cheaper spinoff brand, the Sea Dog or whatever the heck its name is.

Sea dog would be a great name....but I think it is Sea Pro.  I agree he is fun to watch, but he repeats himself over and over mid sentence.....very tiring.....
