Just curious, does anyone here know what exactly Navy Seals and the like are issued to wear?  I can't believe they would wear a Luminox as advertised -- but maybe I'm wrong?

Very fun!!!:D

Heavy and hard to get unstuck, I prefer the newer model.  It does not handle high speeds as well but nothing is perfect.

My stepson is a SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman) - they are the guys that drive the high speed boats and provide support for the SEALS. I of course asked what watches the guys wear. He said the only thing he has ever seen on SWCC's and SEALS's are G-Shocks and Timex Ironmans.

I had the opportunity to meet an operating SEAL over in Bahrain a few years ago.  I asked him about guns and watches.

He told me the guys in his team including himself wear G-Shocks.  He said there isn't an "official" SEAL watch that he knew of.
