I know it's Quartz, but I really like the look of this watch.  I think it's the orange/red dial and the smooth rubber strap.  And, Amazon has a great deal on it right now ...  What do you guys think?

Quartz is ok with me. Nice looking watch too. I enjoy my Seastar 1000. Great watch.

I have the non-chrono Seastar 660 - a very well made watch.  This chrono one's a looker...  :cool:

The 660 is a quartz and is a little smaller then the auto (1000) at 40mm...

ahh, ok - makes sense... i never was quite sure of the difference between the 660 and the 1000.  thanks!

so, i got to the office this morning and decided i was going to buy it ... but guess what!? amazon doesn't ship watches to canada!! mistake.gif
