For the price, I would pick up a new Marathon JSAR - its the "jumbo SAR" at 46.6mm, but wears smaller due to a relatively short lug height (top to bottom) compared to 45mm watches like the Omega PO.  Yeah its quartz, but you don't notice it since the watch has so much presence.  If the watch fund is still alive, spring for the oem bracelet - it is outstanding.  I just received my JSAR on bracelet yesterday and will try to post pictures in the incoming forum soon.
