I've seen a couple of nice looking Orient tonneau watches. Not sure how they feel on wrist. I'm thinking of adding at least one tonneau or square to my collection as well. Mainly rounds  with one or two cushion shaped cases in my drawer.

Hamilton makes some very nice tonneau watches in the $500 range (and under). Orient makes quite a few under $300.

I checked Island Watch and Marc has a beautiful Trias Swiss Made  Open Heart Tonneau at a very nice price (not even considering the 3T discount), especially for an ETA2824-2, these days! ....check out Page 2 on his Trias listings!

Forgot about the Trias models . Check out the two on page one at IW as well. Not Swiss but look pretty nice.

If Sam's still had some last year by you ....you should have! I bought mine around this time in 2003 for $335. and they went up on the Rotary site to $595.euros....so it was a huge savings...the presentation is awesome on this watch coming with the oak/cheery finish winder and autheticity papers stating it was a special edition LE...still one of my favorite watcheshand6.gif...here is the link to the site which still has a different tonneau that is very nice for $495.euroswatch2.gif...but for less money usd you can go over to sah and grab a Jean Marcel with a Orbita winder for $699.strap/$799. bracelet on sale and have a real 100% Swiss Made watch imho...I own 4 JM tonneaus and can't say enough about the quality of the build and eta/JM caliber movements...they are all diamond lap polished with handmade bracelets and just Awesome cat28.gif

last year i bought a nice tank with the brown cats up from seiko.  i really like it resembles a movado elipse.   i think i paid 139.00 for it on ebay from some seller from kentucky had it in 4 days.   was 400.00 list or so and cheapest on the net i could find was like 250.00.  so look on ebay too.  i am car shopping for the holidays since sales are way down and it is snowing now is a good time to look.
