One of my favorite guys, Ozzie Nelson, was born on this day 102 years ago.  Oz was 27 years old when my Thursday watch was made (in 1933).

Oh that was a great show I can remember siting with my Dad and older brother and watching it. ;)

And that is a beauty of a watch. Sweet! :)

I'm going to go a little Russian myself

Pax, a speedy and healthy recovery for your son.

Tony, love that Seiko, looks good on that strap.

I'm going with the Doxa 5000T today.

Big thanks to all my 3T bruddas! I'm happy to say we are all home and doing great. I'm very proud of my son as he did what he had to do despite being scared out of his pants. I told him all my watch friends were sending well wishes and he told me to tell you thank you and that it made him feel happy. Thanks folks; it means a lot!

Gratuitous watch shot post-op (after all this is a watch forum)

Thanks Toni and Slinky. He's a resilient little guy and is having a great afternoon after his morning. I'm doing the same enjoying some NCAA, his quiet company and this new arrival:
