Nothing to fear Scott! We do them all day every day. If you are jumping on a modern scanner (64 slice) they can scan you in just a matter of seconds What type of scan are you having? Any contrast media?

I had a chest xray 2 fridays ago and they found a "haze" around the lymph nodes in the middle of my chest and lines on my lungs so they want to get a better look. Kinda scared right now:(
