Going with the newby Anonimo Hi-Dive to start...

(Definitely a break away from the "clean and uncluttered" designs that I love from Anonimo...I was a bit concerned that the dial design might be a bit too busy for me, but there is something about this one that "works", and I'm liking it quite a bit so far in the flesh...).

Chris, this is just beautiful, bro! The minute hand looks to me like a parachute that just opened. Is this why it's called the Hi-Dive? This is a small departure by the brand from the usual diver or land-based watch. I love it. Enjoy it in good health for a very long time. ThumbsUp02.gif

Jeff...thanks bro!!!thankyou.gif  You have not missed anything...the postman delivered this one yesterday.  It's one of those pieces from Anonimo that I've been mildly aware of, and I had an opportunity to pick this preowned one up at what I believe was an irresistable price...so I jumped!thumbsup.gif

I definitely see this one as a bit of a departure for Anonimo, although they do have some very wild dials in the lineup.  I like your comment about the minute hand looking like a parachute (I really had not interpreted it that way...I always like the way you really study the details of a watch design...Thumbsup3.gif.   I have not been able to come up with alot of information on the Hi-Dive which is a limited run, but I will definitely plan to post it up in the new arrivals area with more pics.  As far as I know, Anonimo's intent with this one is as a diver...this is the Model 2011 which is produced in both a black and white dial version...has 120 atm of water resistance so it has the deep dive covered...

It's a 'big-crown' Polluce style case that also has Millemetri references on dial and case back...one of the more interesting design elements is definitely the extra thick dial with differentiated luminous coating: central hours scale and hand treated with Green Superluminova... minutes plots and hand on the ring treated with Red Superluminova... and continuous seconds scale and hand treated with White Superluminova.

Anonimos are SO super addictive!!
Chris I think your pix looks great and does it justice, the sellers pics were not as good in terms of conveying this watch true beauty!!
Mine shipped last night from Alaska, may be a while :)

Switch to the Block O for the OSU vs. Wisconsin game. A big game if OSU is to remain unbeaten.
