Surprisingly, I found it difficult to take ot off, wore it the last two days and bought it due to my fondness of the SevenFriday watch. Howeverver that watch is selling for $1,300. and in my opinion is's overpriced. Ther X 35 is big 45mm and extremely fun to wear, it gets high marks due to its design and $700. price.

My sentiments between the X-35 and the SevenFriday are the same as yours. The SF seems overpriced for what you get, as you said. This is a fun/unique design, which is the appeal for me. (I also really like the SevenFriday, including the rectangular'ish case...but the price kept me away). I also really like the case design and bezel detail on the X-35.
