U2 as compaignon today. Shopping tour with wyfie.
Now back home again.
The SEIKO dealer has the all blue SEIKO Turtle, but unfortunatly not the black dialed version with rubber strap. So no purchase for me.

Love that U2 Phil!
So you are waiting for the Black Turtle...what did you think of the blue one you looked at?...good fit/finish on these, yes?

The dealer could order the watch. But I wanted to buy it now. Maybe next time when I visit the shop.
The blue Turtle looks great. Like the matte blue of that one.
Bezel, chapter ring and dial were perfectly aligned. Case and bracelet finish well finished.
But on this watch the bracelet doesn't match. The Seiko rubber looks better.
I prefer the SRP777 on this SEIKO model.

So you're impatient Phil!
That's ok...I really like all the versions myself, the SRP777 is, of course, the most classic.
I don't mind the bracelet on these as I think it is executed well, but like you, I prefer these on a strap.

Absolutely Chris, absolutely
I like the golden version as well. I think the rubber on that one looks great.
