Really cool !

New addition Chris ?

I eyed the collection of Unimatic for a while.
Like the whole line up.
Simple but really great designed.

Thanks Phil! thumbsup.gif

Yes...it's a new arrival. Very clean and simple dial...the case design is even a bit funky on this Modello Due model. Pretty good value, although the Seiko NH35 is a budget movement.

(I think Oscar's new Evant Tropic might be one of the best deals of 2017 so far though...)

The unique case design pulled me in too Oscar!

I was concerned that the wrist feel might be problematic due to the case design, but it feels really great on my 7.25" wrist. If the design were larger overall, I think it might present some stability problems on the wrist, but sized as it is, the feel on the wrist is comfortable and stable (as expected, the watch does wear larger than the dimensional specs would suggest). I'm not really crazy about the stock strap, which is a well made strap, but it is a bit too short for even average wrists like mine (it fits, but the tail remaining is barely long enough to slide through the retainer), so I did put it on another strap which is even more comfortable.

There is another new review from worn and wound posted yesterday here: My initial sentiments having just received it agree pretty well with the article.
