My thanks and best wishes to all our vets. Today, in anticipation of a wonderful FESTIVUS, I've got the ORSA Sea Angler on. Feels like a brick after wearing the much smaller MIDO yesterday.

It won't be long until FESTIVUS fills the air... We're expecting our first sticking snow today...BLECH!!

Received this yesterday -- wanted a yellow dial watch and got power reserve to boot.  Don't know why, but I really like Orient watches.  Thanks to all the Vets out there.

Here is one - Vintage is a relative term right?  This is the first watch I bought for myself right out of HS.



This is one that I found that was my fathers.  Its a 7005 series Seiko that is keeping time like a champ after sitting in a box untouched for ~20 years.



Then there is my Bulova Concentric 23 Jewel - Six Adjustments - 3 Positions from 1952:



Or my Russian Slava Medical Watch NOS from 1989 (pre-USSR Fall):

Wait a minute !!! That red railing the watch is sitting on is 3 years old !!!  What did you use ??? A 55 gallon drum of Thompsons waterseal ???  :shock:
