got this back last week ... it was in at Towson Watch co. for repairs to the bezel .... Watchbuys warrentied it and had me send it to Towson for the work ....there they fixed it , serviced it and buffed out the scraches ...all for NO CHARGE !!!!! I talked on the phone for about an hour with Hartwig,  the owner of Towson ... he answered all my questions about watches and movements , etc . .... a real gentleman I must say ... and a real watchmaster too ...

I will start out my day wearing my Georg Olsen automatic chrono style(Day Date and month with Big date and hacking function display back ss 3 pushers and set stem. 37 mm wide face 45 mm case with pushers all on a  20mm black leather speidel strap. 3 atm wr.Polished ss indices on a white face hash marks and numbers white on a black banked circle .Numbers every 5 minutes and hashmarks between. The hands are sword and lumed .The second hand is sort of Like mercedes style. 12 or 13 mm thick with a Chinese movement probably as there is nothing to signify it's origin on the rotor. This is the closest I have to a flyer watch or what i think it should be.IT should have a large easily read face  on a dial with a minimum of clutter. It has been raining all day here. When I go out I will probably change to a diver  They will also work as a flyer watches as long as they have large faces .The extra wr might come in handy if you run out of altitude feet wet miles from land or a carrier.toon1.gifHappy Birthday Orville without you I would never have gone to San Diego or Norfolk Va or New Orleans Or New York NY.
