Thanks O....appreciate the compliment.  Yes - I remember that link.  Some people got lucky on that one and got a very nice watch at a great price.  I think the company realized their mistake and changed the prices pretty darn quick.  They were up to $500+ when I tried :(  Can't remember if their deal was this same style or a previous version...but, none-the-less....it was a great value.  I've never owned a Gevril.  Always thought the pricing I found out there to be a tad rich compared to some other Swiss watches.  Now that I have one - I'm pretty impressed with the quality of construction.

The GV2's were always priced right on Tim Temples shows where I bought my blk/orange stadium about 3 years ago....big bang for the buck and it is a entry level Gevril which still ranks as a high end Swiss manufacturer with much respect among collectorshand6.gif

Thank you....very good info.  I know nothing of this brand, other than I liked the looks of this model.  Nice clean dial that's easy to read at a glance.  I like the design of the case too, the way it slopes inward to the base.  I wish there was lume on the 5 minute markers though...great lume on the hands.  Is the "statium" the same design to the one I have?  Post a pic - I'd love to see it.

Got mine from that "free for all"! 150/500LE, but I suspect that each different color was an individual LE!

Sweeeet!  Like that one.  Yea, mine says limited too286/500.  Gues they're all about the same with differences in the dial.  You got a super buy...I remember that post but got in too late.  Thanks for posting the pic.

Awsome pic and fantastic lume.  Thanks for sharing that.  Mine does not have the lume on the 5 minute markers.

Your markers also appear to be up on the chapter ring instead of being "cut" into it!
