Just an update to this new arrival. SAH has sent another Moscow classic presentation box which arrived today. I would say that's pretty good CS indeed although it took a couple of calls to get them to understand the merchandise itself was unharmed. Initially I got forms for filing a claim for missing merchandise. Kudos to SAH/J-TV!!
