Yep. You can make out "Lexus Automatic" on the picture of the back of the watch. Be careful with that winding stem, Oscar! There's a very good chance you will pull it directly out of the side of the watch, so treat it as if you were transporting a bucket of nitroglycerine. :)

Yes, mine came from shopnbc back in the first year. I bought several and had numerous problems. I still have two Stuhrlings, but I sold off all my others. The ones that worked were really nice watches, btw. Its just amazing though how many I sent back. My wife got three of the same model in a row (lexus auto). Each one stopped working within a week. All went back. I got at least two DOA quartz models that went back. I can't remember them all right now.

The ones that worked (mostly quartz chronos, etc.) were nice. I love the looks of that diver you just got. Beautiful. But to this day, everytime I unscrew the crown on my original GMT I pray a little (not the one in the pic, btw). :):D

I think it took Audi 10 years to overcome that unintended accelleration issue (whether it was real or not). Stuhrling truly did have some problems in their 1st-2nd year mostly. So, it will take some of us awhile to come around to accepting the brand again. At least those of us who were part of their "learning curve."

OK, I just caved and bought one. I have always liked that watch. Once I actually read your post correctly (duh!) and discovered the screaming deal, I went right over and bought a Blue one too.

I have six 6 Stuhrlings bought from TT when first introduced at the other place.  So, that's how long-- 2 or 3 years?

Still waiting for any problem.   :D
