A NOS (New Old Stock) Luminox 3207 watch arrived Saturday. I owned one for some time about five years ago. Sold it, then missed it. So, I found this blue dial version on ebay brand spanking new in a Luminox box. It came on a black leather strap, but I switched to a nicer brown Hirsch strap. The watch features a 10-year Lithium battery, sapphire crystal, 4-jewel, a radiant blue dial, Swiss quartz movement, screw-in case back, screw-down crown, uni-directional bezel, and a stainless steel case. Markers and Hands are gas vials with excellent brightness in total darkness. If you look at the inner ring around the dial, you'll notice it is polished. Almost mirror-like. This is the only Luminox model I can recall that has this feature. What it does is reflect some of the traser-light back onto the dial making the gas vials seem brighter. So, I now have three Traser, three Luminox, and one Graf Zeppelin watch with gas tubes. I'm in glow-worm heaven! :D Attachment: bluLumi.jpg (Downloaded 101 times) Last edited on Mon Sep 15th, 2008 08:18 pm by mcwright |

FWIW, this Luminox has a second hand that hits its second marks dead-on. My Traser watches do this, but my Luminox watches haven't been near as good in this respect. This is my first one to be perfect all around the dial.

Boy Mike you sure are the tube master. I have a Traser with the same case which is a great size and wears wonderfully. The high polish ring is a great touch. Is it raised like a flange or flat to the dial? I'll bet she really lights up!:D Enjoy it, buddy!![]()

Thanks! The case and bezel are a brushed finish. The inner bezel is highly polished to reflect light.
