The bracelet is beautiful on this one

Beautiful mirror finish indices. Could not capture the sweet bezel but it looks like high polished ceramic:)

Thanks everyone:) Movement is the Seiko 23 jewel 7s36 I believe.

Oscar is correct they are out of production, but I think they can be found a roachman.com for around $250.

The Criterion is a beautiful watch.  I was extremely tempted when Jack got his, but by that time, I was all "Seiko'd out" having about 12 in my collection!

The only one I've gotten since then was when I got the opportunity tp pick up the limited production Seiko ANA Pilot's Watch!

This is SEIKO CRITERIA SNZC41K also known as SNZC41K1.

The movement is Seiko's 7S36(23 jewels) which is used in the Yellow Monster and some higher end Seikos. The bezel is not ceramic but anodized, which again only found in some higher ends Seikos! The display of the day is horizontal at 6 o'clock and the date is at 2 o'clock which you do not find in most watches with such day & date display. The bracelet is solid and nice finished. The case size is  39mm w/o crown and lug size is 22mm. Blue hands. Weight is 145g.

Not only that, this CRITERIA range is the only automatic movt watch whereas all other Criterias are wither quartzs or kinetic.

I had told Tony, Ken and Oscar to get them but in the end it was only me and Jeffrey-L who got them. But later I sold it to rasie fund for other watches. I regret greatly selling mine! Cos it is hard to find one brand new one now as it is a discontinued model, also even if you can find one, the price is gonna be over $200++ for sure!!!

Meanwhile here are some old pics when I had it.

Hey Jacky, those are terrific photos!  I don't remember seeing them before (I musta been sleep walking!).  That is one beautiful watch.  The only thing about I don't care much for, and this goes for 21-jewel Miyota movements too, is their totally utilitarian rotors.  With about $1.00 more investment per unit they could dress up that rotor to knock your eyes out.  Instead they look as inspired as the poptop from an opened soup can!
