The dial reads Chronometer, got me thinking if
it is COSC Certified?

There is no doubt about the fact, that model with
the deep blue dial looks more elegant than the
Speedmaster Reduce of the past.

Unfortunately I don't sell Omega at the store I work in.
Therefore, I wouldn't happen to know what this particular
version looks like in person.

I will comment from what I saw was a beautiful chronograph,
from the pics provided. Congratulations on your new watch.

Yes, it comes with a chronometer certificate. 

The watch is SUPER accurate!  Average of +1 sec per day measured over 5 days......
