This guy finally showed up, and pictures just do not convey how great this watch looks in person. Very minimalist design, but some nice enhancements that make it a bit different. The smooth brushed silver face is truely gorgeous, and the open heart at 9:00 is a nice touch. The skeletonized Roman numerals support the face to the edge of the watch case, and the crystal covers the numerals to the case, front and back (to answer a question that someone here had). The counterweight is also semi-skeletonized, with some nice engraving and also a few blued screws, too. The strap is a bit short, and I'm really getting tired of fake crocodile, but it's OK for now. Really nice item for $76.00. Jim ![]() ![]() Last edited on Sat Jan 21st, 2006 10:25 am by |
