quick and dirty:

Dial work looks nice, Bezel is deeper(than the Citizen nighthawk) and so is the inner rotating chapter ring. The flame fusuion crystal text has the "TM" logo next to it which means it is just an advertising slogan and there is no real technology involved, so it's sapphire coated mineral or sapphire or mineral take your pick I don't have a hardness tester... The green Chinese lume is ... well green and Chinese. Second hand doesn't align with the second marks on the dial. It does have a functional 24hr/gmt hand just like the citizen too.

Overall the build quality is decent but it's still such a blatant copy of the Nighthawk I find it a bit repulsive...

It doesn't fit the citizen bracelet and at a glance it doesn't look like the citizen movement and dial will swap into it but since I am happy with my real nighthawk I don't think I am going to try it, I know someone who is planning on trying to swap in the citizen nighthawk movement and dial so I will report back.

Another fellow wis who bought this tried to swap the citizen dial and movement into the case with limited success, the invicta crown tube is a press in and not the same thread as the citizen, while the citizen crown tube is a thread in and is a seriously gasketed design worthy of the 200m rating! Needless to say the swap ended with the discovery that the citizen would fit but the case needs some serious upgrading to fit the citizen crown and tube to the invicta case.

The jury is still out on whether the invicta crystal will fit the citizen. If it turns out to fit it may be worth remembering since the citizen crystals for the nighthawk are often backordered!

Also of note, when I sized the bracelet I discovered the bracelet is a cheapo (though cleverly disguised) folded link bracelet!

seems like such a waste of time taking a good picture of it goofy

It is my explicit understanding that Eyal has sicced his lawyers on Citizen and is suing them for theft of his design and pressing criminal charges for industrial espionage.

It is beyond belief that these big Japanese giants can take advantage of the "little" guy like this!!!
