My DeBaufre Wings of Gold Pilot arrived today...several obsevations: 1) the watch is magnificent! 2) the packaging was outstanding. I have never seen a presentation quite like it. 3) the extra strap was the Mocha Buffalo Vintage strap...exactly what I asked for. 4) the WOG came mounted on the brown aviator strap as requested. 5) I ordered an extra strap, the Havana Old Vintage Calf strap...but Oscar stole the last one! 6) they substituted the magnificent Black Lizard Aviator, and 7) they included a totally unexpected surprise of a Honey Brown Aviator strap. I just put the Mocha on my Flieger Timer, and while it will take some time to break in (I don't think any strap could match the comfort of the FT OEM strap)...it looks fantastic! Am I thrilled with the Debufre quality, pricing and customer service...YOU BET!!!! Thank you, Chris and DeBaufre! |
