Blue skies smilin' at me
Nothin' but blue skies do I see
Bluebirds singin' a song
Nothin' but bluebirds all day long

Never saw the sun shinin' so bright
Never saw things goin' so right
Noticing the days hurrying by
When you're in love, my how they fly

Blue days, all of them gone
Nothin' but blue skies from now on....

Very Nice!  I have an all black automatic and totally enjoy it.   I see it even  matches your FJ.  Be sure to try it on the rubber strap.  hand6.gifhand6.gif

Saw my truck in the watch when I laid eyes on the Autopilot collection . Both toys make me happy everytime I look at them. Its about 10 minutes out of the box, so rubber was not on and I wanted to get a shot before the sun set. Rubber needs to be on to truely pair up with the FJ.  The Autopilot is my dedicated rec watch now.

Black Diamond or TRD?

I think you may have some options either way.

See scotts above.

Mine is Black Diamond... and yes the black dial NFW is a good match!

This gives me an idea to start a new thread: "Match a watch to your car"

Wow!  Now I know why you ordered the blue version of the AutoPilot!  Man, that goes GREAT with your FJ...

I've had my eye on those since they came out.  When was it? '04? '05???  I ended up getting the Forerunner since it seems better for hauling the kids around.

Hmmm..... maybe I should give Toyota a call and see if we can put together some sort of deal with our watches for everyone who buys a new FJ.

It was a concept in 03 and hit the market in 06 as an 07 model. Hell, Toyota might go for it.  Theve been know to have some fun.  They gave us these 1:18th toys for originals. But, hey I dont need more people driving my truck or wearing my watch.  :X

Thanks, guys...

The AutoPilot collection has done tremendously well for us and I had a great time designing that one. It evolved over the course of about 2 years.  I don't rush the design of our watches. They tend to come out nicer when I let them percolate in my brain for a while and then tweak the designs with pencil on paper obsessively.  That's my favorite part of what I do for a living.

Getting the box that contains the very first sample is probably THE most exciting day of the total process! I'm literally bouncing around the room when the package arrives, which contains a new prototype sample.  It's one thing to sculpt a watch on the computer, but when you finally get one in your hands, after scrutinizing hundreds of pages of engineering documents, over the course of months, there's just nuthin' like it!
