I just received the watch put together for me by Sebastion Salvado from a 1947 Hammy 917 pocket watch I sent to mim about a month ago. He took the original dial and sanded it after removing the solid gold numerals. After blueing the numerals by heating, we designed this dial via e-mail over a couple weeks. The case is a nice size at 44mm and has 22mm lugs. Sebastion also completely rebuilt the movement and installed a new mainspring. It seems to be running spot on so far. P.M. me if anyone wants to contact Sebastion for their own Hamilton project.

Now we need a name for the watch:

                          Railmaster

Since the movement was based on a Railroad Watch.
I thought of blending Hamilton of the past with the
present.

Ad slogan:

Far less expensive; but equally beautiful.
The Edgel Railmaster is an unique blend
of the past and present in modern watchmaking.

Cheers,
Simon
