Thank you Omegaman and Paladin.

I have to say that vintage Movado
watches are not that common in Vancouver.
I was very lucky to have gotten such a
beautiful example at a reasonable price.

About The Movado:

This early version has the caliber 608
17 Jewel automatic movement and is
plated in rose gold.

The later version has also the same caliber
but in 25 Jewel configuration the color
of this movement is the more common
rhodium plated silver.

The Movado Sub Sea Tempo-Matic are
equivalent in quality to Omega Seamster Deville
of the same vintage, but much more rarer.

Cheers,
Simon

nice find Simon!
I notice an eerie similarity between the Movado bumper wind movement and the Omega too ;)
