This one arrived after only two days (!!!) after winning on eBay. It is really a gorgeous piece; like it very much. Came with decent instructions (for once) and a personalized note from the seller.

Movement is a TY 2846; brick red face, not a bright red. I don't know jack about movements, so any info you can supply is appreciated. It's BIG, too (44 mm); skeleton hands (except for tips).  Also, my first "canteen" crown protector. Also comes with a black face with orange highlights, and I may need one of those, too. Nice, THICK black strap with white stitching.

Yes, look closely and you can see it in the pic. It's red, so hard to see.

That's what I thought so too! Nice watch really! Isthe red that bright red like in the pic? Or slightly to the metallic red?

I suppose it depends on your monitor. Not a bright red...more of a brick red. I wouldn't call it metallic...red with a hint of orange or brown in it.

No, not that "deep" a red, nor as bright.
