This one arrived after only two days (!!!) after winning on eBay. It is really a gorgeous piece; like it very much. Came with decent instructions (for once) and a personalized note from the seller. Movement is a TY 2846; brick red face, not a bright red. I don't know jack about movements, so any info you can supply is appreciated. It's BIG, too (44 mm); skeleton hands (except for tips). Also, my first "canteen" crown protector. Also comes with a black face with orange highlights, and I may need one of those, too. Nice, THICK black strap with white stitching. I suppose it depends on your monitor. Not a bright red...more of a brick red. I wouldn't call it metallic...red with a hint of orange or brown in it. Jim |
