It has been some time since i pulled the trigger on a big one but i did it! I added a Panerai 111 to my collection! It is so different from any other watch in my collection (outside of my homage pam) and the best part is my wife was the first to point that out!:) she really liked it! I have to extend a BIG Thank You to Jeff (aka bigrustypig) he really helped me zero in on a model and has great understanding of the Panerai brand. Thanks Jeff! I might still have some more questions for you! I had Heroic 18 anniversary strap waiting to complete the look i wanted and could not be happier! Here are some quick photos and when i can afford some new straps i will post them up

Thanks guys for all the kind words! I had to sell a few pieces that i am sure i am going to miss but adding a grail is only going to happen a few times so i had to go for it. This is going to be a long term love affair with Panerai i am sure of that!

thanks for all the kind words guys, right about now i need it! My watch had to be sent back as it was not keeping time so to say i am feeling low would be an understatement! :(

Tell me this is a warranty issue and not something you have to tackle with a private party.

That is one of the " COOLEST " watches of all time !!!

I must say I am envious even though you are forced to give it up for repairs ... I would be so bummed, and I admire you for it seems you are keeping your spirits up in spite of that fact .... I hope you get it back soon
