Got yesterday my long awaited Dievas Vortex. I need to say that I was a bit worried, as I saw some of them flipping quickly in the Sales forum, but I need to say that it met my expectations. First thing I like is that it is not an extremely light watch, it is big and probably has a lot of titanium on it. Even though I feel it in my wrist, I do not get the "inertia" effect I have with my beloved Monstrum, where my whole arm is pulled around when I move my hand quickly.

I tried it with the original black strap, which was more comfortable than what I expected, even though it is pretty thick, but I very quickly changed it to the strap I got specially for it weeks before I had the shipping confirmation for the Vortex. Although I agree that the Vortex looks good with most straps, nobody will be able to convince me that there is a better match than the one I have now. The watch looks GREAT, the clasp matches exactly the watch finish and color (besides being the best build clasp I have seen), and gives an exceptional balance to the watch in the wrist (as it probably weights about the same than the watch...).

Wife was not impressed yesterday when she saw me getting in with another box, but she was today when she saw it in my wrist today.

This one ain't gonna flip!!!!

Some q & d with my mobile phone:

Big Congrats, Ralhand6.gif

I like the Vortex too and held it in my hands in Anders' shop about 2 weeks ago but somehow I found it too small. That was the only drawback. Everything about it is in the superlative, of course. Great design and build quality, perfect shade of Ti, flexibility to go with black or brown leather straps and even rubber and best of all, ETA inside!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed as Anders has a few surprises coming up.  I hope they are all "bunker grade" and hugesubtlelaugh.gif

Wear your Vortex in good health, amigoThumbsUp02.gif

Thanks to all for the nice comments!

An update on it. The watch is a troublemaker, as it is totally stopping my rotation. I do not seem to be able to take it off.

As far as timekeeping, after being -2 s on the first day, it went to -1 and then to 0!!!

Wrist picture. Still bad quality (cel phone), but after taking it I realized the watch is a good match with my car as well...
