party.gifBig congrats for this great timepiece Chris!!!  If I had to say only one thing about Ball watch, it would be ''TOUGH''.  I just have respect for that company... I do not own any yet, but had the chance to handle a few Balls  (That doesn't sound right eithersubtlelaugh.gif) and each time it was the same feeling, man this thing looks solid! It can be a 42mm or a 45mm watch, they all have the indestructible look and heft.  Ball is definitely an underrated brand IMHO and, I'm sure, one of the best product to come out of Switzerland!  You described that perfectly in your review with the right words and pics, well done!

The tubes are for sure the main signature of this company and I really enjoy that technology on the G-SAR.  I know tubes are a draw back for some because they will die one day in 10, 15 or 25 years, but, if you still have the watch then, I guess it would not be a big deal to have the dial replace for a new one with new tubes (if they still have them produced).  I would be curious to see how much that would cost though...Anybody had that done on a watch yet?

Anyways, enjoy and wear this one in good health my friend, it's a beauty and surly deserves it!!!Thumbsup3.gif
