Hello all
boy10.gif
I received this new one last Friday night and wore it Saturday but did not have my own pics to post, somehow when I connect my Camera to the USB, it won't register it at all! So no more uploading pics at homemistake.gif

Anyway, I have taken a few to show you this Rotary Editions 200C, which I fell for due to its cool case design, thick and rectangle shape unique in my collectionhand6.gif. I am really digging this dark brushed SS anthracite-like case color; that combo of dark metal and black rubber strap on this type of watch rocks IMHO. Other features that drew me to it are the cool deploying buckle and caseback, yellow second hand on the slightly textured dial, one arabic numeral hour marker only at the 12 position and date at 6!:)...

Mosltly, I did not have a watch like this in my collection and "needed" to get something over than divers as pointed out by William in another threadsubtlelaugh.gif, so I seized the opportunity when a great deal came up on this one. The watch wears big (39mmmm, 14mm thick) but is surprisingly very comfortable on the wrist and again I like the combination of this cool 24mm textured rubber strap with the dark brushed thick case. The yellow hand just adds a tad of color to spice it up just a notch, but not too much, so it is not flashy. The screw-down crown operates smoothly and the push button dual deployant clasp is pretty cool  & secures the watch strap nicely. The brand is stamped on the clasp too. I personally love the case back, fairly orginal. This 200C is powered by a Chinese Calibre RE 2008-1 Auto mvt, which I can't really comment on yet but I'll keep you all posted.

Well what else can I say, on to the pics. thankyou.giffor watching!
Cheers, Brice

Jeep...most likely your driver got goofed up...run a "system restore" back to the last time you were able to download...it should reset and resolve the glich.

Brice...congrats on the new Rotary arrival.ThumbsUp02.gif

I agree with your positive comments regarding the unique rectangular case and overall design here.  These have a unique look.

I almost purchased one of these rectangular Rotary's some 8 months ago or so, but at the time, it was powered by a swiss ETA movement of some kind (I don't remember what specifically though).

I have never heard of the Chinese movement that powers this one...definitely keep us posted as to how it runs for you.

Again Congrats and enjoy!!!  Looks great!!!woohoo.gif

Brice
I saw those when I was on the Heathrow airport a few months ago, and had time to kill browsing the duty free shops.  I remember the well built impression it left on me, as well as the heft and overall looks.  Great value too!
The word "waterproof" on the dial harks back to the days when the WR ratings were thumb sucked.  Does this one have an actual rating?

Enjoy!hand6.gif
