I was in Hawaii last week and made it a point to check out some Bathys watches.  I specifically wanted to see some with mother of pearl dials.  There was only one, an Aquaculture in rose gold PVD.  I was told that some other tourist had informed the store that it's the last one available at any AD.  While I'm not sure if I believe that, I did like the MOP dial a lot.  And I don't have any gold colored watches...and I don't have any watches with an ETA 2892!  So I decided I wanted that watch and negotiated with my better half to have it as my birthday present.yourock.gif  I won't be wearing it for a month, but I've been keeping it running to check for any issues.  I like the MOP dial so much I sold another watch and just bought a BaliHa'i Ha'i-Q too! (should have that one in over the weekend)

Anyway, here are a few pics as it waits to get on my wrist next month.

The watch is about 41mm w/o the crown.  It's relatively small, which is one of the reasons I went for it.  I need some smaller watches to balance out my collection.
