I read about those not too long ago. I actually kinda liked some of the styles. How I understand them is that they are orient movements and dials but with aftermarket cases. Does that sound right? |

I think your right.. Orient movement and a Seiko Tuna like stainless case. I like the way it looks Franken or not. If I see another one in a different color I will probably pick it up as well. Can't go wrong for $32.00. |

I like it...particularly the countdown rendition from 12 to 3 and the bronze inlay inside the shroud canal. This looks really mean and a steal at 32 bucks. Wear it in good health. |

As far as the case goes Orient makes cases exactly like that but w/o the brass/gold trimmings. The Orient Beast is one watch that had the same type case. can show a pick if you like. |
