This is my last custom Seiko. Not a major job or anything but still a nice, clean looking simple explorer type watch. The case is 39mm in diameter and it has the regular Seiko workhorse 7s26B movement. It is all staineess steel and come on bracelet. It has an exibition back where you can see the inner workings. It is simple and yet elegant, it wears well and it is at home in casual or even more dressy occasions. It does not look too small even on my 8 1/4" wrist due to the thin bezel and proportionately large face. Lume is pretty OK, not a torch but it lasts all night when charged for a few seconds. It is always legible for hours.

Unfortunately due to needing funds for future projects, I will need to sell it... However before doing that I would like to find out what you think of this and any suggestion about it, changes or thoughts. I am just curious but also interested in other views.

It's ok but somehow the Mercedes hands don't do it for this profile. I'd sell the watch but keep the Mercedes hands and swap other hands into it. the yellow second shand is a good touch though.

I'd rate it a 6/10.happy1.gif

Yeah, I'm not sure I like the Mercedes hand either....with that style minute markers a more ladder style hand may look better....but like the old saying goes "I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers" mini me.gif

Lookin good.
I like red second hands but I have to agree with Skipdawg that yellow does work well here.
