I've had this one on the list for quite a while. I wanted one ever since I first saw them several years ago. When I first saw this model I was a little put off by the large logo on the dial, but as time passed it grew on me. Later, I actually saw one without the logo and I thought...."hmm...doesn't look quite right without it, gives it some character". After missing out on a few for good prices on sales forums I finally got the jump on one for a great price, about half the price of a new one. Lots of likes: Feels very high quality, bidirectional bezel with indicator, love the hands, great lume, love the brushed case & large crown, great strap with two raised padded sections running the length of the strap, date wheel is white on black, fantastic wood box Druthers: I think the date wheel would have been much better at 4 or 4:30 Specs: 44mm diam, 11.5 thick, sapphire crystal, ETA 2824 movement And of course, some pics ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sweet pick up and a very cool flieger imho. I have about the same nits as you... ginormous logo and the date would be better positioned at 4:00-4:30. Handsome watch in a no nonsense case. Enjoy!

That would not look right without the logo...it makes the watch. Very impressive, that is a lovely watch.
