just a quick Q&D until later but the Voyageur is a awesome timepiece...easy to read and winds so smooth you would think it was free wheeling...fit & finish is impeccable...simply stunning and classic imo!happy guy.gif

Very cool, Now that I see normal pics my eyes are'nt diverted to the GMT, which was y I was not onboard w/ this piece from the begining

.Now I may have to rethink that decision..homerthinks.gif

I thought the same about the GMT hand but in person it does not overpower the dial at all but makes it easier to read the GMT time at a glance...especially with 40mm worth of saph crystal and dial in a 45mm case!ThumbsUp02.gif

I think I like that... I've been laying out a little since the GMT hand has seemed a little bit over obvious imho. But it sure looks better in the flesh. Of course O's pix have been know to make even an Invicta look great.dog smile.gif

Looks very nice Oscar, and that tremendous Dievas fit/finish shines through in your pics!thumbsup.gif

I'll admit I'm not crazy about the "GMT" printed out on the hand, but that's about the only negative for me (all IMO).

There are some very compelling design elements in this one and the Dievas 6Steel is a very cool technological ingredient to the Dievas brand.

Enjoy!

I installed a Zulu and the Voyageur looks and feels great on it!....the GMT hand should not stop anyone from owning this awesome timepiece that can easily compete with watches costing double the price imho...the value alone made it a no brainer for me but to each his own I guess...it does not look the same to the naked eye compared to magnified digi-cam pics and aids in easily tracking a second time zone at a glance....much easier than any of my other GMT's...
....again the fit and finish is amazing and I'll post some more pics later which will include the top grade, decorated eta 2893 which is just the icing on the cake imo when coupled with the new 6STEEL case...if this fantastic brushed finish remains the same over years of wear I will be truly happy...the appearance of this steel is much nicer than my Sinn or Damasko that use tegimented steel and the crystal clear, flat saph is visually non existent.
....I've never been a big fan of Aviator type watches but the Voyageur fits a class that combines many different looks from tactical to sport/dress and easily achieved by the changing of a strap...

That's pretty sharp Oscar!

The text does sorta state the obvious but I can see how it immediately draws you eye to the GMT hand making it easy to spot your second timezone!

Congrats Oscar!
I like the elegant simple case design, same simplicity on the highly legible dial! I also love the hands. But the GMT on the hand is definitely too much for me. But as you said to each his own! It's overall a great looking watch packing a lot of technology and a cool mvt!
Wear it in good health!

TY Guys!....I put the Voyageur on a TedSu ammo that I have had for about 3 years and finally found a watch it looks great on...also so everyone can get a gauge on how small the "GMT" actually is on the GMT hand take a look at the last pic...
....I'm not trying to selll this watch to anyone but as a WIS I look at a few things important when it comes to this particular watch which are: 1st in a series to use 6STEEL on a case....a top grade eta which is a premium on any brand and a viewing area that is just amazing...
....I remember the same kind of comments when the Flieger Timer and Vortex came out...."I don't like the red & blue on a Flieger with a rotating bezel"...."I don't like the aviator dial with a dive bezel"....and now it's history as both of those watches are sold out and in demand now that most missed out on a nice discount for pre-ordering...the Voyageur is in the same category imo and a bargain when all that is involved is taken into account...

I happen to really like the GMT text on the hand. It makes the watch unique and easier to read. And so far, I am liking the pics with the original strap. sponge bob.gif

TY Mike....and without a doubt the strap that the Voyageur comes on suits it to a "T"!.......a slightly textured black leather with a nice deep red shade stitching that carries to the underneath in leather as well that is thick yet soft and what I am wearing it on...even the sprigbars are sweet...double shouldered with the deep male end that snaps into the lug with authority...the 24mm lugs makes it a great watch for all the strap WIS as well!ThumbsUp02.gif

I do believe that the design of this model is near perfect. As mentioned above, I like the GMT on the 24-hr hand. I also like having lume applied to the second hand. The dial is nicely laid out and easy to read. I just wish the case back was an exhibition type to see the beautiful movement.

Congrats on a rather unique GMT, Oscar!
I really like the fresh approach, unique material and the layout.
My only criticism is that the GMT on the dial could have been omitted, with the hand stating that already.

Big Congrats, Oscar. That's a truly uncommon watch. Enjoy it in good health for a very long time.drool.gif

What I like best about the watch is the 6steel material. Oscar is right about 6steel better than Sinn. After seeing the watch about 3 weeks ago in person, I hopped, skipped and jumped to the nearest Sinn dealer and was able to confirm it.

Great watch but DRAT!!! too small for mesubtlelaugh.gif

TY Jeff...and I do like the finish of the Dievas compared to others using a high tensile steel I have seen....45mm is too small?dog smile.gif

Honnestly, 45mm is looking very good on a big wrist. It's the same size as the Glycine Half-hunter I wear today and it fit perfect on my 63mm wide wrist.
Jeff, you have no excuse for not buying it...

You guys are both right (Sheriff William and Oscar). 45mm is still no joke in terms of size and wrist presence and for my 55mm wide wrist, might just be a good size....but my incoming 55mm is just on the sweet spot. I can't deny it....it's a super great GMT and maybe down the road I'll snag it.Thumbsup3.gif
