The Bali Ha'i GMT landed and it is very cool imho...I installed the alternate GMT bezel in place of the acrylic lumed diver bezel in black and couldnt be happier with this look! ....Q&D pic as we are still under severe weather conditions in Ohio...hopefully it clears soon so I can get some nicer shots of this awesome watch.If I were to use 1 word to best describe the BH/GMT it would be "rugged"...it is a tank of a watch that is extremely well made in all categories... but then it is what has become the norm for Chris and Bali Ha'i imho....another winner!  ...more pics and a short review to follow...Attachment: 011.JPG (Downloaded 241 times) |

Ty Guys...it's finally starting to clear,with hopes of a nice day tomorrow and some more pics of the profile...the bezel is really awesome and the extended,curved lugs are equally as nice.The eta 2893 winds effortlessly and all functions are crisp and work great.I am not a MOP WIS myself but this watch,with it's colorful hands and bezel, really suits it well! ...this is the nicest MOP I have seen and that is probably because it really is... genuine...and probably the 1st real MOP dial I have seen...you know,not that Invicta Mother of Plastic! Big Congrats Oscar!!!   I've got the same combo incoming (or at least I'm assuming it is incoming...), like some of you guys I would not normally go for a MOP dial either but when I saw this particular combination, I figured it may be the one and only MOP dial I ever get. I agree...there is just something about the MOP dial with those cool, laid back Bali Ha'i hands. As expected, the case finishing and fit/finish looks spectacular!!!...can't wait until mine arrives! That second pic you posted is off-the-charts HOTTT!  |
