Have to agree with you guys that this is a very attractive watch. Naturally, mine arrived sans warranty card/instructions, so I need contact info on how to get the longer strap.

Also have to say that of all the watch hawkers on SLOP, I like the Lucien Piccard guy the best; he's a little bent and seems to enjjoy himself.

Thanks in advance.

Jim

Congrats... The "rootbeer" watch is a nice watch. My wife even likes it. I'm looking to get a new strap for it. Any ideas? Also where do buy your straps?

Welcome to the club!!!:):):)

The card that came with mine says,

Congratulations on purchasing a Lucien Piccard Watch Please do not return to place of purchase. Our professional staff is here to assist you with all of your concerns. 877-623-2788
I'll skip the bs on the warranty and just give you the IWG number,
(877)623-2788

I presume you call the first number about the longer band for the watch

Lenny is the real deal. He doesn't take himself too seriously, but he takes customer service VERY seriously. And he doesn't spout that manure we regularly hear from another "president and CEO."

Oscar NO they are not the 4 spring bar versions like the original.

can't say I really blame them, I'm not really a big fan of overly complicated contraptions in the first place :P and I think these are probably a better quality strap than the original too.

You might want to try the  Hirsch straps from Walt Aronow at http://www.lonestarwatches.com .....good prices, great service.  He also carries the H-R deployants at great prices. :)

Will you guys stop posting pictures of this watch, please...............I'm really starting to like it and I am already into my son's college fund! :D
