 Well here the result of my disaster of a purchase (in the begining)-In the end it was made right & this is the final outcome. I wired the $$ (YEP I said that WIRED) on Thursday it was here by 10:15am on FRIDAY--All in-house Panerai312, 1950's styled case,Automatic-44mm brushed s/s case w/ polished bezel,date @ the 3 w/o a cyclops,blk sandwhich dial,3 day power reserve.The case captures it's rich history IMO, & this is the reason I purchased the 312.I wanted the old style look but w/ todays components like auto w/ date. & I gotta say OP hit the nail on the head w/ it's new strap changing system, no chances for the ugly slippage on the lugs.          Thanks Will & Rolf I dont believe I would be posting these pics If it were'nt for the 2 of you's help on getting my $$ back

This time-piece is superb in every details: I'm sure that you will drool everyday you wear it. This movement is an achievement for Panerai as it is a solid base for many other complications: You should enjoy it for years to come.

Super Congrats William!!!! Agree with you...the 312 has an amazing combination of spot-on design elements...has to be one of my favorite PAM's hands down. No doubt you will enjoy this one for a long time.
