Tissot Seastar 1000

I like it.

First imp. the minute and second hands with the t worked in and with the red tips work.  I like the angular design overall.  Case is the high point of the watch with the bracelet conveying the angles well and give it a pop in the right light.  A very modern approach to overall design with good lines.  Personally the crown guards could be  a mm or so larger I think it would balance the bezel and the crown a little bit better which shows up more in person.  Great watch though that will stay in my collection.

Daughters birthday party is over now, and I can clean this up.  For me with a small wrist 7 1/2" the exe. back I could do without.  The edges that come in contact with your skin could be rounded a bit they seem sharp or rough, but I am left handed and that is the arm I use for everything so I will be more sensitive to the feel of the watch on the Left wrist.  Worked better on my right wrist the crown was not digging in to the back of my hand so bad.  The curved sapphire Crystal is cool.  Tip to anyone do not type an thing with a 7 year old girl pulling on your arm, It comes out screwed up.

Ken, I like the watch, but the Siekos I think are better buys and feel better on my wrist.  Plus It is not easy to deal with 16 girls at a B-day party and type anything.

Congrats again Eric; Great looking watch; I bought one about 2 weeks ago from a guy on TZ; paid him and he gave me a bogus tracking number; then he told me it must be lost and refunded my money; can't help but think he just changed his mind or sold it to someone else for more money!

Enjoy it; they are great looking watches

You are right (and I have several).  Seiko generally does provide the "biggest bang for the buck"!

Congrats Eric on the 1000 as you know I have the Black and the Silver dial and they both are great. I even swapped the straps on the Silver dial to get a different look.

Great looking watch. I have almost bought one a number of times. Something always holds me back though. Yet, I always look at them in the store windows at the mall:D:D:D:D

If you want my honest advice get a blue monster instead.  I wish I would have.  Still a cool watch but as I said with my size wrist the seiko's feel better.

Brotha Ken I figured 2 were enough and then Blue well, I have alot of blue watches so I kinda strayed from this color at the moment. The Silver imo has a nice classic style something I could wear with any color suit and the Black was or at least a Formal color that is why I chose the 2 colors.

Jacky the Seastar isnt your style buddy well at least I dont think it's your style but the Blue Monster is plus it would fit into your collection. I have not worn the Black Monster that I have because well you know my feelings about the Monster "just the style that gets me" now the price well you cant be that with BAT......................................Hehehehehehe
