I asked Michael last year to create something new and surprise me...he did just that and I can't wait to get it on my wrist! This is the new 52mm Kaventsman "Bruno" only 2 made worldwide. which Michael just completed and on its way to me,we are both seeing it for the 1st time.
It is completely hand made with a bronze case,Cali dial and hands. The finish is an experimental patina Michael applied, the crystal is hand made and polished plexi as well as the entire case back and is powered by a vintage eta 2782.

Woh Oscar! cool.gif

That is one incredibly cool creation from the industrial design to the unique bronze finish...That all plexi caseback is something I've never seen before...gives it a bit of a fun vibe too with those green caseback fasteners (I'm assuming you've got to be very careful with the torques on those!).

At 52mm, this one is rightly named "BRUNO"!

Looking forward to seeing this very unique one on your wrist!bravo.gif

It took me a few moments to understand the watch, the dial, the bezel and knob.... and then the combination of materials, Oscar, but heck, this one kicks aXX!

I'm also noticing you are now more partial to bigger pieces? Change in collection parameters, O?

TY Guys!...Chris,not sure if the rear screws need torque or  not,the actual acrylic caseback is supposed to be pretty tough,I will see once it arrives, as I may move the green screwnuts to the bezel of the watch and see how it looks...Jeff,my recent buying habits have actually been trending towards more traditional sized watches of 40-42mm,this Bruno is 7 mos. in the making and will be the only watch I have that is 52mm...should be interesting in how it wears!ThumbsUp02.gif

Very intimidating piece, Oscar. I think it's awesome. Your thoughts on this one after your break-in period, will be appreciated.
