After reading Cheeps post about the designer, I thought I would give one a try.  It has all of the things that I like silver dial (easy to read), blue hands and day/date Gold series 2834 (I do not have as good of a memory as MC).  Has a true Euro feel (translation if you have a 8' wrist or larger you will need to get a longer strap).  It was a very good buy for the price.  I got it from Island Watch.  The movement is retained with a diff. design of a retainer.  Will wait a few months to let it get broken in before exploring it further.

I was not trying to do something artistic with the tree, the sun is bright today.
