I thought about getting that type of Aeromatic, but the case is just too big for me. Funny how it uses the skeletonized version of the Chinese standard movement that's cropping up everywhere on ebay.
This Aeromatic is probably the most affordable one handed watch out there. Meistersinger, which I think started the interest in these, are $700- $800+; Schauer has some for nearly $2,000; RLT of England has  an affordable model, but the dollar to UK pound exchange rate is murderous.

Yes that's why I bought it. The rest of the one hand watches were very high priced! The closest I came across is a brand named UNO but it was a quartz. And true, the little "set back" about this Aeromatic one hand watch is the size at 47mm. But hey I have watches bigger than that, so it is ok for me consider the price is so much affordable compared to others. :P:P:P

How many buckles does it have? :?

I really like the single hand watches, different and unique, id kill for a MeisterSinger but I dont think they will let me take all my watches to jail with me.  It seems easy to make one, just remove the seconds and minute hands and replace the hour with a longer hand?  Maybe I will add this to my "to do" list, I would like to see an hour hand and possibly a seconds subdial

Buckle? What do you mean?:?

Hey I have thought of the concept like you did, using a longer hour hand but you still need a dial with the deviation markings. :)
