Sometimes I need to name a great watch that deserves something  more than a model number, so I present the Blue Mako!  I named it Mako because it's nice and sleek compared to my other 200m divers. :)

As Always, Marc is a pleasure to do business with.  I've lost count of how many watches I've purchased from him.  I highly recommend Island Watch.

OK, on to the watch:
  • -Orient Model CEM65002D
  • -All stainless steel, 41mm diameter
  • Orient cal. 469, 21 jewels
  • solid link bracelet with folded end links
  • signed crown
  • Both the crown and the button for the day change screw down for water resistance.
  • beautiful blue dial with applied markers and good lume.
This is a really wonderful watch.  It's slightly smaller and sleeker than the Seiko SKX series divers, but still has a great wrist presence.  The finishing is far above the Seiko divers in my opinion.  Where the Seikos are very utilitarian, the Mako has much more elegance.  You could easily wear it with a suit.  Definitely some competition in this price range for the Seiko divers.

Now, the pics! :D  Thanks for looking!

Dan:)

Hi and Welcome! :)  I bought it from Island Watch.  Here is their orient page:

http://www.longislandwatch.com/Orient/Orient_Watches-1.htm

It's the 5th watch down on the page.

Dan

How come when I reply with quotes to a message it deletes any links I add to the message?  Am I doing something wrong?
