Faults and all, this is a very nice watch. I don't know if you can beat it for the price. Its strengths are solid end links on the bracelet, the 9937 type clasp is used, massive (and heavy) very well polished case, smooth-turning bezel, nicely detailed dial, it is easy to read the time, and there is no INVICTA on the side of the case.

Weaknesses are the crown is way too small, the magnifying bubble is too small, and the lumn is very sparse on the hands and dial. However, if you put this watch into the hands of most people and they would NEVER guess it sells for a sub-$100 price.

I own another version of this watch and this one is much easier to operate, small crown and all. It just works smoother. I wish I could get the bubble removed from the crystal though. :)

If you get lucky and are shipped one that is not broken, this would make a heckuva gift for someone who is relatively new to watches. I'd have it shipped to you first though so you can give it a thorough inspection. INVICTA=CRAPSHOOT.

The case back is also a nice touch. And for under 100 bucks at Overstock, it's probably worth the risk.

I must say I have had excellent luck with Invicta Dive style watches. And, I have bought and owned more than I will ever admit to. :D But, I like the Invicta Dive watches. They are the best values for the money in their lineup.

And, buying from Overstock.com has been a good experience for me. I got one defective watch (not an Invicta) and they took it back with no problem. I also had a Seiko Black Monster from them go bad after a month. I had to send it in three times for repair, but they finally got it fixed.
