Congrats Edgel on a Awesome Stovard!!hand6.gif...I like the Pwr. Reserve and the "Made in Germany" Tuxedo striped dial..Nice strap combo Buddy!cool10.gifDid you make it out of the Shoe in one piece yesterday Edgel!!...Looked like they had the Nat'l Guard surrounding the Goal Posts!

Not only did they have the goal posts surrounded but they had also greased the uprights and cross bars. I went down on the field after the game and pulled up a piece of turf as a souvenir. It was an amazing experience. The game fully lived up to all the hype and even 45 minutes after the game, there must have been 40,000 people still on the field. The crowd picked Pittman up over their heads and was passing him around like in a mosh pit. The game reminded me of some of the fight scenes in the Rocky movies. Two big heavy weights standing toe to toe just slugging it out until only one was left standing at the bell. rev_smile.gifrev_smile.gif

That Jurgenson is one of my favorites.......especially with the black dial. The power reserve and cool dial design are neat! hand6.gif As to the game, what can I add except: rah! rah! rah! smile8.gif

I wore my "Buckeye" Lupa with the red Lorica band I bought from Eric. The couple who sat beside my group told me they paid $1425 on e-bay for their two tickets and after the game said they got their money's worth. When people asked me why I didn't cash in on my ticket, I told them that I would have been one of the crazys paying obscene prices for a ticket to the game. In 10 years I will remember the experience of being at "THE GAME", long after those who sold their tickets have forgotten paying off their credit cards or whatever.
